Crafted with a young family in mind, this project was situated at the heart of Te Anau and aimed to create a residence where every room within the building footprint enjoyed ample space.

Positioned on a corner lot, the house needed to have a clear and welcoming entry point for visitors while maintaining an attractive street presence on both sides, all within the specified budget.

 

The living area features an inviting skillion ceiling, creating a serene atmosphere. Large sliding doors open up to a spacious covered outdoor entertainment area, perfect for relaxation during the warmer months. To accommodate additional guests, extra bedrooms were strategically placed on one of the street-facing sides, ensuring their separation from the rest of the bedrooms was essential.
